		<description>When I look at it I see a stimulus plan that is in so many ways a split of the difference(s).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I really think that it is neither small nor large, tax cut nor spending, green nor brown ... but a straddle of all those things.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;(If you think it looks big, just compare it to the national and international bailout totals.)</description>
