Phelps&#039; Nobel is surely certification of expertise, as is Eichengreen&#039;s book. Of course, I don&#039;t just say, &quot;Phelps and Eichengreen disagree,&quot; I excerpt and link to their own arguments, which the reader is free to evaluate independently.</description>
