		<description>just a question,  is it not true that the SSA gives a &quot;retirement age&quot; at which one can receive benefits, but they don&#039;t actually stop you from working?   As flawed as the system is, if this is true, it is not coercive in that sense.</description>

Correct me if I&#039;m wrong but it seems Tim got his math wrong. In Matt&#039;s model there are no future surpluses as Tim predicts. There is a real transition cost that the government finances by borrowing.</description>
